The use of different security lock, can provide customized services. Each key is provided with two keys.
a) Body size: 41mm*38mm*19mm, shackle: hardened chrome steel.
b) Adopt to three layers of aluminum anodizing process. Resistance of chemical, extreme temperature and UV rays.
c) 6.7 diameter harden chrome steel lock shackle.
d) Laser printing customized support to distinguish different locks, just depend on your order.

Key system

1. KD: Padlock can not open each other (rate of open each other 1/30000, ensure padlocks not open each other)
2. KA: Padlocks can open each other (support 30000KA groups)
3. KDMK: Padlocks can not open each other, but have 1MK key to open all the padlocks in one group.
4. KAMK: Padlocks within one group can open each other. Padlocks between groups can not open each other. MK key can open padlocks in all groups.

Key retaining cylinder

1. Aluminum padlock use copper cylinder standard with 2 keys copper keys.
2. Our cylinder all key retaining. When padlock opened, the key can not be taken off, in case of lost keys.
3. Auto-pop shackle
Auto-pop and self-resetting shackle. When padlock opened, shackle will auto-pop. Press the shackle, padlock will close itself. Keys can be taken of then.
4. Copperosion-resistant lock body
Lock body surface with oxidation process. Anti-corrosion, anti-aging. Suitable for all kinds of high and low temperature, oil stains, chemical corrosion/PVC rewritable label, can customade language and design.
5. Support laser key numbers on lock body.
Can laser key numbers both on lock body and keys, in case forget which key for which padlock.
