Pneumatic Quick-Disconnect Lockout. The center hole of the lockout can be used to store the air hose, and the side can be used to hang the hose.

a) Made from engineering plastic nylon PA. It is durable and not easy to aging, extruded resistant, anti-bending and corrosion resistant, without auxiliary tools, more convenient.
The lock body and the button are made of engineering plastic reinforced nylon PA, which is resistant to corrosion, impact and temperature difference. Suitable for various operating environments, the lock body can be customized flame-retardant material.

b) No need to install a straight interlock value, can b e isolated pneumatic power with lower cost and more convenient.

c) Hole in the center of the device allows permanent storage on the air hose and a loop on the side can be used to hang the hose and lockout device.

d) Can be equipped with padlocks, lock shackle diameter of 6.4 mm or 7.1 mm.

Widely range of application:The lock can be connected with 6.4/9.5/12.7mm external thread joints of different size to isolate the equipment from all compressed air sources.

Install and use:The center hole of the lockout can be used to store the air hose,and the side can be used to hang the hose and lockout.When locking,use a padlock with a beam diameter of 1/4"(6.4mm)or 9/32"(7.1mm).

It can isolate the compressed air sources,no need to install the direct interlock valve,reduce the cost and use more convenient.

Applied to the external thread joint to isolate equipment from all compressed air sources,with the holes in the center  of device allows for permanent storage on an air hose and a loop on the side can be used to hang the hose and lockout device.
