Short Description:

Wedge-style ball valve lockout, 1/4in (6.4mm) to 1in (25mm) diameter valves.
Wedge-style ball valve lockout, 1-1/4in(31mm)to 3in(76mm) diameter valves.

1) Firm and wear-resistant. It is made of standard steel plate (A3). The surface is treated with high temperature spraying and good rust prevention.

2) Humanity design. It is devoted to lock the closed right angle turn ball valve, small locks are suitable for the ball valev of DN8-DN50, ball valve sizes from 6.35mm (1/4”) to 25mm (1”), hole diameter is 3/8”.

3) Multifunction. It is easy to operate and adjust, the card slot is directly jammed into the valve handle, diameter of shackle ≤ 10mm, multiple locks are available.

4) This ball valve handle lock with a single-piece design locks quarter-turn ball valves in off position.

M-H07, M-H08, M-H09 1/4 turn ball valve lockout features a compact size that can easily be stored or carried and a heat resistant powder coated metal body. Device fits manual, quarter turn ball valve handles to protect against accidental opening and fits valves between 1/4in(6mm) to 1in (25mm) diameter or between 1-1/4in (32mm) to 3in(75mm) diameter. The easy to use one piece design locks valve in OFF position.
Suitable for the device has 6 holes for precise positioning of the padlock.
